Our sessions are run by an Exercise Physiologist, Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, three of the highest levels of qualifications known to the health and fitness industry!

Before you get started you will undertake a full assessment, finding your weakness, determining your goals and planning your journey to success.

We are uniquely different to an average PT or PT studio, our sessions follow a structured approach, not designed to flog you but to develop a strong foundation, perfect technique to allow you to grow and progress over time so you can maintain a long term lifestyle change without risk of injury or burn out.

Each session is conducted in a private facility with just you (or a friend if you want to share).

These sessions are perfect for:

  • Weight loss (add VO2 fitness or metabolic test for ultimate results)
  • Building lean muscle
  • Developing a healthy exercise habit
  • Link in your own nutrition plan from our resident dietitian
